Job summary

FSS Technologies is seeking an Inspection Coordinator – Fire and Sprinkler Systems to orchestrate life safety inspections onsite in Michigan. You’ll coordinate inspections, update compliance systems, respond to inquiries, and support field technicians, serving as the hub where logistics meets service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer requirements
• Coordinate and schedule a variety of inspections, including but not limited to fire alarms, fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers, backflow, emergency lights, and more.
• Create accounts in building reports.
• Review & update Inspection prices in FieldHub.
• Open/Close Inspection Work Orders.
• Review & upload reports into governing compliance engines.
• Schedule repairs for deficiencies found during inspections.
• Respond to technician & customer questions promptly.
• Ensure all resources are available for scheduled inspections.
