Job summary

FSS Technologies, a fast-growing life safety solutions provider in Michigan, seeks a Senior Service Technician to lead field service activities and mentor apprentices. You will handle advanced troubleshooting on large projects while ensuring high-quality service and regulatory compliance.

You will interface with inspectors, contractors, and clients to deliver precise diagnostics and solutions, upholding NFPA codes and manufacturer requirements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of field technician experience.
• NICET Level I or higher strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise across multiple system types.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead service calls for complex system issues.
• Mentor and train apprentices and associates.
• Ensure all work complies with NFPA codes, manufacturer requirements, and regulations.
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, and clients.
