Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will greet prospects, qualify, tour, and sign leases while maintaining positive resident relations and timely follow-up.

The role requires on-site presence, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, and OSHA requirements. You will support marketing plans, complete paperwork, and assist in retention programs to achieve leasing goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills are required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process.
• Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in; perform on-site administrative tasks as needed.
• Deal with resident complaints and assist in retention programs.
