Job summary

Level 10 Management in Minnesota is seeking a Leasing Consultant to oversee a multi-site portfolio. The role focuses on guiding prospective tenants through the affordable housing leasing process, conducting property tours, and processing applications while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will respond to inquiries, maintain accurate leasing records in MS Office, collaborate with property management, and work Monday to Friday 9:00 am–5:00 pm on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Conduct thorough property tours highlighting key features and benefits of available units, with an emphasis on affordable housing options.
• Assist applicants in completing leasing paperwork accurately and ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations and policies.
• Maintain detailed records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and application statuses using Microsoft Office tools.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant needs and support community engagement initiatives.
