Job summary

Asset Living, a national property management firm, seeks a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will greet prospects, tour the community, qualify applicants, sign leases, and maintain leasing data.

On-site, full-time position requiring a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, commission, paid holidays, and sick days.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software and leasing systems.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.
• Ability to understand and apply leasing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and qualify applicants.
• Show properties, conduct tours, and sign leases.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention activities.
