AIR Communities is hiring a Leasing Consultant to work onsite at our Sandy Springs, GA community. You will be a top sales performer, guiding prospects to their new home and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow AIR's sales process, meet leasing goals, and support multiple communities. The role requires excellent English communication, reliability, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work weekends and varying hours.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours to sell the value of your community and help prospects find their new home at AIR.
• Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, creating moments that matter at every opportunity.
• Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations
