Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for an on-site role in Texas. You will greet prospects, present floor plans, and facilitate leases while upholding Fair Housing standards and excellent service. Weekend and holiday availability is required to support tours and community events.

The role also covers resident relations, administrative tasks, and coordination with the Property Manager to meet occupancy goals and ensure smooth operations at the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in Low-Income housing and multifamily housing preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance (or training within 90 days).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Yardi or OneSite) preferred.
• Weekend and occasional holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and guide tours of available apartments.
• Present the community’s features and benefits, including floor plans and amenities.
• Process applications and leasing documents in line with guidelines.
• Maintain leasing files, logs, and reporting; support marketing initiatives.
• Assist with resident relations, renewals, notices to vacate, and retention efforts.
