Job summary

SunRidge Management Group in Texas is seeking a Leasing Consultant for an on-site apartment community. You will greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and professionally present floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood benefits to secure lease agreements.

This role includes processing applications, managing leasing documents, and supporting resident relations and daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leasing or sales experience in Low-Income housing and multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance (or training within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and guide tours of available apartments.
• Present features, floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood offerings.
• Process applications and leasing documents per standards.
• Maintain market knowledge and support marketing initiatives.
• Support resident relations and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
