Job summary

SunRidge Management Group seeks a Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team. You will welcome prospects, tour available units, explain floor plans and amenities, and guide applications through leasing documents.

The role supports resident relations, renewals, and daily administrative tasks to help meet occupancy goals. This part-time, on-site position requires weekend and holiday availability; strong customer service and organization are essential for success in a fast-paced multifamily

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and leasing compliance or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and guide tours of available apartments.
• Present features and benefits including floor plans and amenities.
• Process applications and leasing documents per guidelines.
• Maintain market knowledge and contribute marketing ideas.
• Perform outreach marketing and community engagement events.
• Handle resident relations, renewals, notices, and inquiries.
• Complete lease files, collect rents, and log activity; assist with admin tasks.
