Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for an on-site apartment community in Dallas. You will greet prospects, determine housing needs, and present features to secure leases, while supporting resident relations and daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance (or must complete training within 90 days).
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi or OneSite) and MS Office is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and guide tours of available apartments.
• Present community features, floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood offerings.
• Process applications and leasing documents in accordance with standards.
• Maintain market knowledge and contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager.
• Complete lease files, collect payments, and maintain organized leasing reports.
• Support resident relations and contribute to retention efforts.
