Job summary

Greystar is seeking a property marketing and leasing leader to direct the community’s advertising, leasing activities and sales processes. You will manage the leasing team, set pricing strategies, and coordinate with maintenance to keep the property appealing and marketable.

The role focuses on driving occupancy, maximizing revenue, and delivering exceptional resident experiences across on-site operations. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Directs community marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, leasing team members and other resources to achieve revenue, occupancy and leasing goals.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy and leases.
• Creates print and internet advertising strategies and uses property management software to generate sales and leasing reports.
• Works with maintenance to ensure property appearance and safety, inspects ready units for marketability, and uses merchandising techniques to promote units.
• Participates in leasing by generating traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documents and completing move-in procedures.
• Reviews financial and shop reports and presents marketing/ leasing results to clients, owners and managers.
• Oversees lease renewal program and manages communications and move-out processes.
• Responds to resident/owner concerns and documents requests for appropriate follow-up.
• Supervises leasing team through hiring, onboarding and performance management.
