PeakMade Real Estate in Olathe, KS, is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager to drive leasing and marketing for our off-campus student housing community. You will partner with the property manager to plan events, campaigns, and resident programs while leading a team and delivering revenue and occupancy goals.

The role requires 2+ years in student housing leasing, strong customer service, and leadership capabilities. Weekend/evening availability is a plus, and analogs to PeakMade brand are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for helping college students find their next home.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Plan and execute lease-up events and resident programs.
• Give property tours and address customer needs.
• Lease and renew apartments in person, by phone or online.
• Assist with move-in/out events and deposits.
