Job summary

Asset Living is a third-party management firm with national reach in multifamily, single-family, affordable housing, build-to-rent, active adult, and student housing. The Community Assistant handles leasing, marketing, and tenant relations at a property, with on-site duties and engagement in retention efforts.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and familiarity with housing laws.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
