Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an Learning Specialist for our Amherst plant to lead new Team Member orientation, deliver core training modules, and support leadership development programs. You will collaborate with HR, operations, and management to ensure effective communication and smooth onboarding processes.

The role requires strong presentation skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work with diverse teams. Bilingual abilities are preferred, and travel is possible for domestic assignments.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English to effectively communicate policies during orientation.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and continually improve classroom learning experience for Team Members.
• Ensure all new Team Member documentation is completed timely and submitted correctly.
• Identify language barriers and assess need for interpreters.
• Assist in acclimating new Team Members to the facility and the qualification process.
• Backup for Hiring team.
• Other duties as assigned.
