Avis Budget Group is hiring a Learning Specialist to support onboarding, role-based and customer experience training across field locations. This entry-level role works onsite with employees and leaders to reinforce continuous learning and translate training into consistent performance and positive customer experiences.

The role collaborates with site leaders, HR and operations, facilitating sessions, tracking participation, and traveling up to 15% to support field locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in training, customer service, operations, or learning support.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with frontline employees and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite training programs for frontline employees and managers.
• Onboarding and new hire training at the location level.
• Coordinate training logistics and learning activities at assigned locations.
• Facilitate instructor-led training.
• Observe employee performance and reinforce training and customer experience standards through coaching and feedback.
• Partner with site leaders, HR, and operations teams to support training needs.
• Track training participation and completion.
• Collect training feedback and share field insights with the learning team.
