Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Romulus, Michigan is seeking an entry-level Learning Specialist to support training delivery across field locations. You will help onboarding, role-based, and customer experience training while reinforcing on-the-job learning.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build learning and development experience with frontline employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, onsite at locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in training, customer service, operations, or learning support.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite training programs for frontline employees and managers
• Onboarding and new hire training at the location level
• Coordinate training logistics and learning activities at assigned locations
• Facilitate instructor-led training
• Observe performance and reinforce training and customer experience standards through coaching
• Partner with site leaders, HR, and operations to support training needs
• Assist in tracking training participation and completion
• Collect training feedback and share insights with the learning team
