Job summary

Flex is seeking a Sr. Business Excellence Manager in Milpitas, CA to lead a team driving Lean transformations and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Excellence, or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineers, analysts, technicians, or CI professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Operations or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA/Engineering Management) preferred.
• Proven Lean transformations with measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Excellence Leaders and Technicians.
• Lead Kaizen events and coach lean six sigma practitioners.
• Drive Continuous Improvement culture across manufacturing operations.
• Partner with Operations leadership to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory and productivity metrics.
• Lead site-wide CI programs, value stream mapping, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Establish standard work, visual management, and governance across operations.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
• Drive digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives through data analytics.
