Responsibilities include applying mechanical design and manufacturing principles, reducing waste, leading Kaizen events, and collaborating across Operations, Procurement, and Sales. The role emphasizes problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial or Materials, or related experience.
• 3–5 years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CNC programming, CAD/drafting, grinding, and assembly.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes mechanical design and manufacturing principles to impact quality, delivery, and cost.
• Reduce scrap and defects by eliminating waste and variation.
• Drives root-cause corrective actions to reduce non-conformances.
• Optimize workstation design for productivity, ergonomics, and safety.
• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
