Job summary

Technical Talent Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations in Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on supervising production workers, interpreting electrical schematics, and driving process improvements to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production supervision within manufacturing, with hands-on electrical assembly experience and a track record of developing work instructions and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in electrical assembly or electrical manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience writing and implementing work instructions and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production and assembly operations.
• Lead, train, and develop production employees to meet quality and productivity expectations.
• Oversee assembly-line activities to ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Develop, update, and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production output, quality, and employee performance.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment.
