Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Hands-on work in electrical manufacturing or assembly.
• Proficiency in analyzing and applying electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience drafting and executing standard operating procedures.
• Experience directing operations on the production floor or assembly line.
• Ability to mentor and lead diverse production teams to success.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to balance competing priorities effectively within a high-speed manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize all day-to-day assembly and production tasks.
• Mentor and train staff to reach productivity and quality goals.
• Manage assembly-line workflows to hit targets and delivery dates.
• Interpret electrical diagrams and wiring schematics.
• Create and refine SOPs for consistent manufacturing outcomes.
• Track production metrics and staff performance.
• Identify and remove workflow bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality and engineering to troubleshoot production challenges.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and ensure compliance with protocols.
