Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in electrical manufacturing supervision, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of production supervision in electrical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Ability to read complex electrical blueprints.
• Proven track record of developing high‑performing production teams.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to health and safety practices and policies.
• Follow and enforce corporate policies and recognized practices.
• Lead and motivate electrical staff to meet safety, quality and production goals.
• Communicate daily production schedules and goals to electrical teams.
• Maintain installation consistency and quality while controlling costs.
• Coach and develop team leads and supervisors; evaluate performance.
