Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to lead onsite liaison activities in a complex, integrated landscape. You will gather requirements, validate end-to-end flows, and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure coverage and traceability across Fusion SCM and connected internal applications.

The role emphasizes hands-on governance of validation scenarios, quarterly release awareness, and close collaboration with business users and QA leads onsite in California.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM with depth across key modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle OTM and GTM.
• Proven ability to design and review functional validation scenarios.
• Experience coordinating onsite/offshore delivery and UAT readiness.
• Strong communication skills for business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify functional requirements across Oracle Fusion SCM and integrated apps.
• Coordinate with onsite QA Lead and offshore team to validate end-to-end flows.
• Translate requirements for the offshore team and ensure traceability.
• Own end-to-end functional understanding from internal apps through Fusion to downstream systems.
• Represent offshore work to onsite stakeholders and manage risks.
• Support releases, UAT, and defect triage across all involved systems.
