Qualifications

• 8+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM with deep functional knowledge across core modules.
• Strong onsite/offshore delivery experience in California onsite 3 days a week.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate business requirements into functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify functional requirements across Oracle Fusion SCM and integrated applications.
• Coordinate with onsite QA and offshore team for validation planning.
• Drive end-to-end validation across Fusion and connected systems.
• Lead UAT readiness and defect triage with stakeholders.
• Represent offshore work to onsite stakeholders and manage risks.
• Ensure releases validated and patch impacts assessed.
