Job summary

GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. is seeking a Lead Functional Analyst in California to bridge onsite stakeholders with offshore teams. You will own end-to-end functional understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM and connected internal apps, validating end-to-end flows from start to finish.

You will coordinate with Application Managers and QA leads, review validation scenarios, and ensure readiness for releases in a fast-paced, integrated landscape across Fusion and third-party systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Fusion SCM with deep functional knowledge across core modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle OTM and GTM.
• Proven ability to define and review validation scenarios for Fusion and non-Fusion apps.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify functional requirements with onsite Application Managers for Fusion SCM and integrated internal apps.
• Coordinate with offshore QA and validate end-to-end flows across Fusion and third-party systems.
• translate requirements to offshore teams and ensure traceability to original needs.
• Own end-to-end functional understanding of integrated transaction flows across systems.
• Act as onsite liaison, reporting status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
• Lead UAT readiness and drive defect triage across Fusion, internal, and third-party owners.
