Job summary

Oracle SCM Lead Functional Analyst role based in Menlo Park, CA on-site. You will bridge the offshore QA team with onsite stakeholders, translating business requirements into functional designs across Oracle Fusion SCM and integrated applications.

You will gather requirements with onsite managers, guide offshore team, validate end-to-end flows, manage readiness ahead of releases, and support UAT and defect triage.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM with deep functional experience.
• Strong depth across OMS, Inventory, GOP, Procurement, Manufacturing, PIM, Planning.
• Hands-on with Oracle OTM and GTM.
• Experience validating end-to-end Fusion and non-Oracle integrations.
• Ability to translate requirements and coordinate with offshore teams.
• Onsite in California, 3 days per week from customer location.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify functional requirements across Oracle Fusion SCM and integrated applications.
• Coordinate with onsite QA Lead and offshore team; provide SCM domain depth.
• Translate requirements to offshore team; ensure traceability to original needs.
• Own end-to-end functional understanding of integrated flows from internal apps through Fusion.
• Represent offshore work to onsite stakeholders; manage status, risks, blockers.
• Validate readiness ahead of releases; support UAT and drive defect triage.
