Job summary

SoftPathTechnologies is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Lead Functional Analyst to bridge offshore QA with on-site stakeholders in Menlo Park, CA. You will own end-to-end functional understanding across Oracle Fusion SCM and the internal applications linked to it, ensuring validation covers the full flow.

You will gather requirements with onsite Application Managers, guide offshore resources, and validate integration points across Oracle Fusion, internal systems, and third-party interfaces.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM with depth across Order Management, Inventory, GOP, Procurement, Manufacturing, PIM and Planning.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle OTM and GTM.
• Experience validating end-to-end integrated Oracle Fusion landscapes across custom/in-house apps and third-party systems.
• Proven ability to define and review functional validation scenarios for Fusion and non-Fusion apps.
• Comfort ramping quickly on proprietary in-house applications with limited external documentation.
• Track record as onsite liaison in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify functional requirements across Oracle Fusion SCM and integrated applications.
• Coordinate with onsite QA Lead and offshore team to ensure SCM domain depth in validation.
• Translate requirements to offshore team and ensure scenario coverage and traceability.
• Own end-to-end functional flows from internal customer apps through Fusion to downstream/third-party systems.
• Represent offshore work to onsite stakeholders; communicate status, risks, and blockers.
• Support UAT and drive defect triage to closure across Fusion, internal, and third-party owners.
