Programmers.io is seeking an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant based in California to lead onsite coordination with offshore QA, translate business requirements, and ensure end-to-end validation across Fusion and internal systems. You will work with Application Managers and QA Leads to validate scenarios and manage defects through to resolution.

Qualifications

8+ years in Oracle Fusion Finance with strong functional depth across key modules.
Experience validating end-to-end flows across Fusion and integrated systems.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional intent and plans.
Experience in onsite/offshore delivery model and stakeholder coordination.
Based in California, able to work onsite at Customer location 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

Gather and clarify functional requirements across Oracle Fusion Finance and integrated apps.
Coordinate with onsite QA Lead and offshore team for validation planning.
Translate requirements into test scenarios and validate full end-to-end flows.
Review offshore scenarios for coverage, relevance and traceability to requirements.
Support UAT and drive defect triage to closure across all owners.
