Job summary

Two Coast Living in Lexington Park, MD is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance operations for a multifamily property. This hands-on supervisory role addresses work orders, manages make-ready schedules, and leads the maintenance team to uphold company standards.

You will collaborate with the Property Management team, ensure safety with OSHA compliance, and maintain resident amenities while supporting turnover and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in property management or hospitality.
• 1+ year supervising two or more employees.
• 1+ year of inventory control, ordering, and procurement.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across the property.
• Manage apartment turnover by tracking make-ready activities and scheduling.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff while assisting with repairs.
• Coordinate with residents and Management for minimal disruption during work.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety training for the team.
