Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks an experienced Estimating Manager to lead large, complex EPC estimates from bid package receipt through final review and proposal submission. You will define scope, assess risks, and coordinate Estimator I–III resources to deliver accurate, competitive packages onsite at Fargo/IND locations.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of construction estimating principles, methods, and EPC delivery.
• Ability to independently lead estimates and manage scope, quantities, pricing, and assumptions.
• Experience leading bids on a regular basis and coordinating estimating resources.
• Familiarity with RFP requirements and internal estimating standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform conceptual, budgetary, and competitive EPC estimates for large projects.
• Serve as Lead Estimator on assigned pursuits, defining scope, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Estimator I–III resources to ensure timely, accurate estimate development.
• Participate in bid strategy discussions and turnover meetings with project teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior estimators to support advancement.
