Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead and execute large EPC estimates onsite in Centennial, CO. You will define scope, assess risks, and drive estimate quality across multiple pursuits, coordinating junior staff and collaborating with project teams.

The role focuses on leading bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and delivering competitive packages aligned with company goals. Onsite position, with cross-division collaboration and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate' s or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Drafting & Estimating, or equivalent experience.
• Seven+ years of construction estimating and/or project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading bids on a regular basis.
• Experience coordinating estimating resources and working within bid schedules.
• Experience supporting contract negotiations and proposal development.
• Experience working with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual, budgetary, and competitive EPC estimates for large projects from bid receipt to final review.
• Serve as Lead Estimator on assigned pursuits, defining scope, assumptions, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Estimator I–III resources to ensure timely, accurate estimate development.
• Ensure compliance with RFPs, internal standards, and review processes.
• Manage resources to guarantee on-time, high-quality estimate delivery.
• Organize and present labor, equipment, and material assumptions for execution teams.
