Job summary

Hoffman Construction seeks a Senior Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules for timely completion. This onsite role requires leading scheduling efforts across projects, coordinating with PMs and stakeholders, and mentoring junior schedulers.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in scheduling within construction, a 4-year degree in CM/Engineering, and proficiency in Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Procore, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in CM, Architecture, or Engineering.
• 7+ years combined scheduling, construction or engineering experience.
• Senior or lead scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling software and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules with tasks, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate with PMs and stakeholders for schedule inputs and updates.
• Monitor progress, identify conflicts, and propose mitigation actions.
• Provide regular schedule performance reports and corrective actions.
• Mentor junior schedulers on techniques and software.
