Job summary

The Construction Scheduler at Hoffman Construction will work in the Scheduling department, collaborating with Project Managers and Superintendents to input status updates, incorporate delays, and analyze progress. This full-time, on-site role is based in Childress, TX and reports to the Scheduling Manager.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of scheduling experience with Primavera P6, a relevant degree or equivalent work experience, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two (2) years’ construction project scheduling experience with Primavera software (P6) required.
• Specific experience in industrial and/or hi-tech semiconductor manufacturing projects is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent degree/certification and/or equivalent related work experience in data management required.
• Educational background in materials and methods of construction.

Responsibilities

• Collect and input schedule status update information into the project schedule.
• Attend project schedule progress meetings as needed.
• Identify changes to the project schedule.
• Notify teams of impacts to critical path activities and/or schedule logic.
• Ensure technical schedule integrity is maintained.
• Produce and distribute weekly and monthly schedules, forecasts, and reports.
• Manage Outlook distribution lists and standard form emails for schedule distribution.
• Maintain project schedule archives and documentation.
