Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the building maintenance industry.
• Trade schoolHVAC/electrical certification preferred and credited for up to two years of experience.
• Must understand life safety systems and building automation basics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building systems for safe, efficient operation.
• Assist Chief Engineer and act in their absence.
• Administer preventative maintenance programs and budgets.
• Supervise and coordinate technician work when assigned.
• Prepare and present written reports to Property Management.
