Qualifications

• Three years of landscaping experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance standards, equipment, and safe chemical use.
• Familiarity with Cal/OSHA and OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage landscape maintenance at customer locations.
• Prioritize and schedule tasks, adjusting for weather and staff absences.
• Ensure work is performed safely, on time, and per procedures.
• Supervise staff, provide training, and conduct performance reviews.
• Train staff in equipment and chemical safety; support customer service.
