Job summary

Candidates should have at least one year of grounds keeping experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to train others in safety practices and proper use of PPE. Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign tasks, including coordinating work schedules to ensure coverage.
• Maintain supplies, stock, and equipment to ensure proper operation and safe condition.
• Train and assist workers in performing duties and safety practices.
• Understand and train workers in safe and proper use of products and equipment.
• Mow grass with walking-type or riding mowers and edge around beds and walks.
• Direct traffic and monitor site progress to ensure quality.
