Job summary

PRIDE Industries is recruiting for a Landscape Supervisor to oversee grounds maintenance across multiple facilities. You will supervise staff, plan tasks, and ensure safe, quality upkeep of landscapes, roads, and parking areas in adherence with contracts.

The role requires three years in landscaping with supervisory experience, familiarity with safety regulations, and a valid driver's license. Travel to various sites is expected; strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of landscaping experience, including one year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance standards, materials, and safe chemical use.
• Familiarity with Cal OSHA and OSHA safety regulations.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment such as loaders, backhoes, forklifts, mowers.
• Ability to train staff and supervise work across locations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage landscape maintenance activities at customer sites.
• Schedule tasks, prioritize work, and adjust for weather or absences.
• Ensure safety and adherence to procedures and guidelines.
• Supervise staff, provide training, conduct performance reviews.
• Provide instruction on equipment and chemical safety.
• Represent grounds maintenance services to customers.
