Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. is seeking an experienced Grounds Supervisor to oversee daily grounds maintenance operations at a contract site. You will plan, assign, and review tasks to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with vendors, maintaining turf and landscape features, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications. A high school diploma and 5 years of grounds experience plus 3 years in supervision are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or state certified equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of grounds maintenance experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Ability to gain and maintain NGA site access required.
• Ability to pass HSPD-12 background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily grounds maintenance operations and schedule work.
• Supervise staff, review performance, and ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for refuse, snow removal, and landscaping needs.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and site structures as needed.
