• Act as primary contact for labor compliance policies and provide corrective actions.

• Collaborate with HR, legal, and project management teams to address and resolve compliance issues.
• Conduct on-site interviews with employees to verify pay and classification.
• Ensure proper craft classifications reflected in payroll reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to implement labor compliance programs and resolve issues promptly.
