Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an Equipment Material Management professional to lead inventory control and related compliance for a semiconductor manufacturing team. You will drive audit readiness, coordinate with procurement, and manage vendor relationships to ensure accurate inventory and smooth operations.

The role emphasizes SAP/ERP-driven tracking, KPI stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize equipment material management and reporting. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
• Experience with ERP management systems (SAP or similar).
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Apply supply chain management principles to establish and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee daily activities of the inventory control team for equipment material management.
• Utilize SAP/ERP systems for tracking, discrepancy resolution, and reporting.
• Coordinate and execute audits of inventory (semi-annual and annual).
• Respond quickly to material supply disruptions and liaise with Procurement and suppliers.
• Assist with development and validation of equipment material management processes.
