Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to manage the full lifecycle of compliance cases for a major semiconductor facility. The role coordinates between Compliance, Construction Management, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure issues are assigned, tracked, documented, and closed with evidence.

The position requires a strong background in regulatory compliance within construction, risk management, and contract administration, plus experience with Jira,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, Legal Studies, or related discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, construction administration, contracts, project controls, quality, risk management, or a related field.
• Experience managing corrective actions, investigations, cases, RFIs, nonconformances, or similar issue-management processes.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple issues across a complex construction program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project/document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a centralized compliance case management system and track cases through closure.
• Maintain awareness of changes to compliance requirements and support obligations.
• Coordinate contractor compliance with various project stakeholders.
• Develop data and recurring reporting for executive leadership and stakeholders.
