Abbott is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 6-month, 100% onsite assignment in Alameda, CA. The role partners with the Project Manager to organize labeling content, materials, and documentation, focusing on coordination, proofreading, and process management rather than design.

The candidate will coordinate labeling projects in a regulated environment, manage content and materials with the PM, and collaborate with artists and cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong proofreading and editing with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with terminology and processes related to layout and artwork development
• Ability to multitask, work quickly, and adapt to changing priorities
• Proven experience in project coordination or project management
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labeling projects in a regulated, process driven environment
• Work closely with the Project Manager to manage labeling content, instructions, and materials
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and artists to gather, track, and communicate information
• Review materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to terminology and layout standards
• Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
• Ensure timelines and deliverables are met through strong project coordination practices
