Job summary

Abbott is seeking an LMS Coordinator/Training Coordinator in Temecula, CA, onsite for a 12-month period. The role focuses on supporting the Learning Management System, developing training, tracking certifications, and generating reports for audits while complying with FDA regulations and company SOPs.

The position requires coordinating with department managers to ensure training availability and completion, setting up courses, and maintaining accurate records within the LMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of progressively responsible experience using LMS, MS Office, SharePoint, or similar software.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and company SOPs.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist departments in defining training requirements and timelines.
• Work with department managers to ensure training is available when needed.
• Set up audiences, certifications, courses, and track training (in-class, online, onsite, offsite).
• Develop, run, and distribute reports for management/audit use.
• Manage the process that assigns courses to employees.
• Input content into LMS using organizational structure and naming conventions.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and comply with FDA and company procedures.
