Job description

Overview

Akkodis is seeking a Labeling Consultant for a 6+ Months Contract job with a client. Ideally looking for Labeling Consultant for Medical device industries client.

Rate

Rate Range: $40/Hr to 45/Hour on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Responsibilities

• Provide Labeling SME support creating and managing the lifecycle of label templates, artwork, and IFUs and act as point of escalation.
• Validation expert for enLabel system SDLC updates which includes writing test scripts for enLabel application, testing in multiple environments, working in JIRA, and communicating software defects to IT teams. Translating business needs into user stories.
• Validation expert for enLabel template validation which includes modifying backend enLabel templates (involves minimal coding), creating test scripts, executing test scripts, and extensive knowledge of enLabel business processes and integrations (JDE or related)
• Responsible for executing Design Change documentation and execution for label changes.
• Understand BOM structures
• Extensive knowledge of Windchill, able to execute CR / CN’s with agility
• Maintain product label design and process knowledge for responsible platforms.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing associates for prioritization and execution of strategies.
• Lead projects as appropriate for unplanned event responses or planned changes.
• Accountable for integrating and coordinating impact analysis, response development, communications planning, and execution associated with unplanned events that impact continuity of supply.
• Assist in the development of project plans
• Able to act as project manager for larger scale projects and update key stakeholders
• Conduct project meetings and prepare status reports for the project team and leadership.
• Drive problem solving for complex scenarios and benchmark strategies with project staff.
• Drive closure of NC / CAPAs
