You will develop a high-performing QC team, partner with Operations, Regulatory, and R&D to uphold product quality and laboratory performance.

The role is fully onsite in Southern California with no relocation support, requiring legal work authorization in the US and background checks. Local candidates favored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field required.
• Advanced degree in a technical or business discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in QC laboratory operations in life sciences or regulated pharma/biotech.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and manage the QC laboratory team across multiple product lines.
• Oversee analytical testing operations ensuring timely execution and compliance with methods and quality standards.
• Strategically manage laboratory capacity and resource allocation to meet manufacturing needs while maintaining quality.
