Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with material handling or related experience required.
• Good manufacturing (GMP) environment or laboratory setting experience required.
• Proven record of leading and mentoring teams, formally or informally.

Responsibilities

• Perform labware operations, including precision cleaning, inventory management, quality control, and autoclave sterilization.
• Handle gas cylinder orders, manage gas meters, and safely handle HAZMAT materials.
• Collect and restock labware/materials, ensuring consistent supply and safe storage of dry ice, garments, and gas.
• Partner with clients to understand and meet their labware and material needs.
• Follow procedures outlined by Best Practices, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, fulfill contractual obligations, and assist in supervising business metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
