Job summary

Atlas Technica is seeking a Jr. Systems Engineer to deliver on-site IT support for our clients in Stamford and NYC, collaborating with senior engineers in a high-growth MSP environment.

The role focuses on desktop support, Microsoft 365 management, and endpoint security within the financial sector. You will grow technically while handling ticketing, documentation, and strict change-control processes onsite.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, or Systems Administration).
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and device troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication, responsibility and follow-through.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 stack: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Willingness to travel to client offices in the metropolitan area.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50 lbs and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT support onsite.
