AvonRisk LLC in Hermitage, PA, is seeking a dynamic Job Coach to join our Workforce Services team. You will provide on-site job coaching and supports to participants referred to opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities, ensuring timely and quality services in alignment with AvonRisk policies.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to travel. You will work with a dedicated team to help participants secure and retain employment and complete required

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years' experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and ability to travel.
• Excellent communication, patience, and time management.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site job coaching and on-site/off-site participant support.
• Mentor participants to retain positions and learn duties.
• Ensure program compliance and report issues to VRC.
• Model professional behavior and teach employment-related soft skills.
• Complete legible reports per Pennsylvania VR Provider Manual.
