Job summary

Charles Taylor Group is seeking a contract Job Coach to support participants with disabilities in Mercer, PA, Perrysburg, OH, and Dayton, OH. The role provides on-site coaching, guidance, and supports to help participants retain and learn job duties, with travel and strong ethics as core expectations.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, has 2 years of experience with people with disabilities, and demonstrates excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2 years of experience working with people with disabilities
• Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and willing to travel.
• Must have excellent communication skills and problems solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site job coaching to individuals with disabilities.
• Meet with participant on site or off site to provide on the job supports.
• Implement hands on and/or supportive guidance to ensure the participant retains position and learns duties.
• Assure participant compliance with the program and report significant issues to the VRC.
• Complete legible, well-written reports on each case per VRC requirements.
