AvonRisk in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a dynamic Job Coach to join our workforce services team. This role provides on-site job coaching and support to participants referred by the Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities office, helping them achieve timely, quality employment outcomes.

The position requires understanding of ADA accommodations, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to report outcomes clearly.

Competenze

• Understand ADA, accommodations, and working with individuals who have disabilities.
• Strong social and communication skills, patience and time management.
• Demonstrate confidence, honesty and reliability with professional ethics.
• Proficient with computers and basic office software (Word, Excel).
• Goal-oriented and highly organized.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site job coaching and teaching to individuals with disabilities.
• Contact or meet participants on-site or off-site to provide on-the-job supports.
• Offer hands-on guidance to ensure retention and learning of duties.
• Ensure participant compliance with the program and report issues to the VRC.
• Complete legible reports per Vocational Rehabilitation Provider Manual.
