Job summary

AvonRisk is seeking a dynamic Job Coach to join our Cincinnati, OH team. The role provides service coordination to participants referred to Workforce Services and delivers on-site job coaching to individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, patience, and time-management skills, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and the ability to travel as needed. Experience with disabilities and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2 years' experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication, patience and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site job coaching and teaching to individuals with disabilities.
• Contact or meet with participant on site or off site to provide on the job supports.
• Implement hands on and/or supportive guidance to ensure the participant retains position and learns duties.
• Complete legible reports on each case in accordance with the Vocational Rehabilitation requirements.
